Every bar is produced in small batches in our Sydney kitchen multiple times per week. We don't pre-make and warehouse stock. How to Store Your Bar
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. For best texture, keep below 20°C. Refrigeration isn't required, but if your home is warm, 15 minutes in the fridge (not freezer) before eating will firm the chocolate shell back up for a cleaner snap. The cocoa butter in the Belgian chocolate is what gives it that characteristic texture, so temperature matters more than it does with standard chocolate.
