What type of chocolate do you use?

We love Belgian chocolate, which is why it’s the base for all our creations. We use Callebaut Chocolate, crafted in the heart of Belgium for over 100 years using only the finest ingredients.

Callebaut’s rich tradition and dedication to quality have made it a trusted choice for chefs and chocolatiers worldwide. Known for its smooth texture and rich flavor, it elevates every treat we create, ensuring a truly indulgent experience in every bite.

Is this chocolate from Dubai?

No, the FIX chocolate from Dubai is only available in Dubai. It contains raw eggs and has a short shelf life of just a few days before it spoils.

Ours are egg-free and made to last longer (up to 3 weeks, or longer if frozen) while still tasting amazing.

Are your chocolates nut-free?

No. Some of our chocolates contain nuts, and they are made on equipment that may also process nuts. If you have a nut allergy or other allergies (e.g. gluten, dairy, soy),
we do not recommend purchasing our products.

Are your products halal?

We only stock products that do not contain pork or its byproducts, and we strive to ensure that ingredients are vegetarian or have halal certification. However, our products are not halal-certified.

What are the ingredients used?

Our products include a wide variety of delicious treats, each with unique ingredients.

Do you deliver Australia-wide?

Yes! We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post. You can choose between standard or express shipping during checkout. We recommended you use Express Post at checkout.

How do you ship your products?

We pack all chocolates in bubble wrap, and during warmer weather, we recommend adding an ice pack at checkout. Express Post is also recommended to reduce the chance of melting. We do our best to protect your order from heat, but please note Australia Post does not cover melted items.
