Delivery & Shipping Policy

We aim to process and ship all orders within 2–3 business days (excluding Thursdays and Fridays). Orders placed after 1pm on Wednesday will be sent the following Monday or Tuesday, to make sure your chocolates don’t sit in a depot over the weekend.

From time to time, our products go viral and we experience a spike in orders. When this happens, dispatch times may take a little longer than usual. To keep you informed, we post a clear notice at the top of our category and product pages. If you’ve already placed an order and would like an update, you can always check our Order Status page.

Everything we make is prepared fresh using premium ingredients. Because of this, it can sometimes take a little longer for your order to be ready. Please rest assured, we always do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible.

We use Australia Post and StarTrack. The carrier is automatically selected based on your order size and location. All shipping options include full tracking.

Important Notes

Depending on the weather we may not ship on Thursdays or Fridays (unless local to Sydney, we may send on Thursday), to avoid chocolates sitting in depots over weekends.

We strongly recommend Express or Express (Insulated) shipping. Standard shipping options, including Saver Shipping and FREE Standard Shipping, should only be selected if you're comfortable with slightly longer transit times and the risk of warm weather exposure.

We do not offer refunds for melted items. Australia Post also does not provide compensation for melted goods.

Hot Weather Shipping Tips

To help protect your order:

  • Choose Express Shipping or Express (Insulated)
  • Avoid selecting Authority to Leave unless someone will be home
  • Place orders early in the week
  • Check your local weather forecast – chocolates can melt in temperatures as low as 27°C

Haven’t Received Your Order?

If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 business days of receiving a confirmation email that your order is on its way, please contact us.

If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping will incur an additional postage fee. We do not guarantee your chocolates won’t melt as we don’t know where they have been during the return process or how long they have been in a depot. If we resend your chocolates, you must be aware they may have melted.

⚠️ Returned chocolates and peanut butter cannot be reused due to their short shelf life. In this case, a new order will need to be placed.
