🌡️ Hot Weather Shipping Notice
October to February: we only send chocolate orders Monday to Wednesday to avoid parcels sitting in depots over the weekend and possibly melting.
If you selected Express Post and your postcode is in Australia Post’s next-day network, we may ship on Thursdays. Check coverage here under “Express Post next business day delivery network postcodes”.
During extreme heat in Sydney (34°C or above), we may hold your order for a day or 2 to reduce the chance of melting. If high temperatures continue through Wednesday, your order will be sent on the next available shipping day once it’s safe to do so.
