To help keep orders moving and maintain quality, we’re providing regular updates on where we’re up to in production.

In Production (being made and packed)

• Orders 5770–5999: Completed ✅
• Orders 6000–6099: Estimated completion Wednesday 20 Aug or Thursday 21 Aug.
  Shipping Thursday 21 Aug & Friday 22 Aug
• Orders 6100–6199: Estimated completion Monday 25 Aug or Tuesday 26 Aug.
  Shipping Tuesday 26 Aug & Wednesday 27 Aug

If your order is marked as completed but you have not received a confirmation email that it has been dispatched, please contact us and we’ll check it for you.

All our chocolates are made fresh to order, not mass-produced. This means they take time to prepare, especially while we keep up with increased demand.

To help manage this, we’ve temporarily set a limit of no more than 6 bars of the same flavour per order.

We sincerely apologise to everyone who has been waiting and appreciate your patience while we work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
