🚨 High demand
We’re currently experiencing high demand for our chocolates. To keep everything fresh and consistent, we’ll post production and shipping progress below.
🌡️ Hot weather shipping policy
October to February: we only send chocolate orders Monday to Wednesday to avoid parcels sitting in depots over the weekend and possibly melting.
If you selected Express Post and your postcode is in Australia Post’s next-day network, we may ship on Thursdays. Check coverage here under “Express Post next business day delivery network postcodes”.
During extreme heat in Sydney (35°C or above), we may hold your order for a day or two to reduce the chance of melting. If high temperatures continue through Wednesday, your order will be sent on the next available shipping day once it’s safe to do so.

📦 Need help
If your order is marked as completed but you haven’t received a dispatch confirmation email, please contact us and we’ll check it for you.
All chocolates are made fresh to order, not mass produced. This can add time when demand is high.
🍫 Temporary order limit
To help manage demand fairly, there’s a limit of no more than 6 bars of the same flavour per order.
