October to mid-April: chocolate orders ship Monday to Wednesday only, to avoid parcels sitting in depots over weekends and risking melting.

Express Post orders may ship on Thursdays if your postcode is within Australia Post’s next-day network. Check coverage here.

During extreme Sydney heat (33°C+), orders may be held briefly to reduce melting risk and dispatched once conditions are safe.
