Wholesale Terms & Conditions
Thank you for your interest in stocking our products. By placing a wholesale order, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing.
1. Payments
- Full payment is required before any products are released.
- A 50 percent deposit is required before we begin any production run.
- Wholesale payments must be made by EFT only.
- We do not accept credit card or online checkout payments for wholesale orders.
- All wholesale sales are final. No refunds or returns will be accepted for any reason. Please do not place an order if you do not agree with these terms.

Important: Please ensure you use the invoice number provided as the payment reference so we can match your order without delays.
2. Minimum Order Quantities
Some products have minimum order requirements. These will be confirmed at the time of ordering.
3. Delivery, Shipping & Handling
3.1 Delivery Partners
Orders are shipped using Australia Post, StarTrack, or another delivery partner chosen by us.
3.2 Correct Address Required
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, missing details, or failure to collect,
additional postage charges will apply to resend the items.
3.3 Melted Chocolate Policy
Chocolate is a temperature-sensitive product.
- Melted chocolate is not refundable.
- We highly recommend placing orders early in the week and checking your local weather forecast before ordering.
- Orders include icepacks during warmer months, but this does not guarantee that items will arrive unmelted.
- Australia Post, StarTrack and other carriers do not offer refunds for melted items.
3.4 Damaged Products in Transit
We do not refund or replace products damaged during transit.
If you would like protection, you may choose shipping insurance.
- Australia Post charges approximately $3.50 per $100 of order value.
- You may request insurance when placing your order, and we can add the cost to your invoice.
3.5 Pickup Option
You are welcome to pick up your order instead of having it shipped.
Pickup locations:
- Merrylands Factory – pickups between 5am and 8am only (before factory opens).
- Guildford Home Pickup – available anytime, by arrangement.
4. Storage & Handling
- Products should be stored in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
- During hot weather, refrigeration may be required.
- Icepacks are included but cannot guarantee that items will remain fully solid.
5. Marketing, Branding & Content Use
You are welcome to use any product photos, videos, descriptions, or marketing materials from our website or social media channels for promoting our products in your store or online.
6. Final Sale Policy
All wholesale orders are final.
- No refunds
- No exchanges
- No returns
- No replacements
This applies to all products, whether shipped or collected.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not proceed with a wholesale purchase.
