Returns & Refunds Policy

Because our products are perishable and made fresh, returns are only accepted under strict conditions. Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery and must be approved by us before any item is sent back.

Who Can Request a Return or Refund?

You may request a return or refund if your order arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect, or missing items. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

Refunds are not available for melted chocolates, parcels returned due to an incorrect address, parcels not collected in time, or if you simply do not like the taste or flavour of the product.

How to Request a Return or Refund

Please email sales@loadedstuff.com.au within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos where applicable.

Do not return any items until you receive confirmation and return instructions from us.

Return Conditions

If a return is approved:

  • The item must be returned within the timeframe provided
  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition
  • Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method if approved. Refunds will not be issued until the returned item has been received.

In some cases involving missing items, we may confirm details with our shipping provider before issuing a refund or replacement.

Items Not Eligible for Refunds

  • Items not in original, unopened condition
  • Melted chocolates (we recommend Express or Express Insulated shipping during warm weather)
  • Orders returned or uncollected due to an incorrect address or failure to collect from the post office or depot
  • Items reported more than 7 days after delivery
  • Products where you do not like the taste or flavour (change of mind)

Damaged or Missing Parcels

All orders are sent with tracking and GPS delivery confirmation. If your parcel arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, contact us within 7 days with your order number and supporting photos. Once confirmed with our shipping provider, we will issue a refund or send a replacement.

Uncollected or Returned Parcels

Refunds or replacements are not available for parcels returned to us due to an incorrect address, uncollected parcels, or parcels not picked up from your local post office or courier depot.

If your parcel is returned to us for these reasons, we can resend it upon request at our standard delivery rates: Regular $9.95, Express $14.95, or Express Insulated $19.95.

Returned items will be resent as is (not inspected or opened) with no warranty or guarantee of condition. Australia Post and courier depots are not air-conditioned, and products may be exposed to heat during storage, which can cause chocolates or loaded peanut butter products to melt or spoil.

By requesting a resend, you acknowledge and accept that this is done entirely at your own risk.
