We're sorry to hear the chocolate wasn't to your liking. We use premium Belgian chocolate rather than the mass-produced chocolate commonly found in many supermarket products. As a result, the flavour and texture can be quite different from what some people are used to.
We understand everyone has different preferences, and many customers are more familiar with the sweeter commercial-style chocolates available in supermarkets. Our chocolates are handcrafted in small batches using quality ingredients, which creates a different chocolate experience.
