At Loaded Stuff, we understand how important it is for your order to arrive safely. That’s why we offer optional shipping insurance to protect your purchase in case it gets lost in transit.
What’s Covered?
If your parcel is confirmed lost by the shipping provider (Australia Post, StarTrack, or Fastway), we’ll offer you a full refund or a replacement at no extra cost.
- All parcels are tracked via GPS
- We work directly with the courier to verify the status
- Once the courier confirms the parcel is lost, we’ll take care of the rest
Please allow reasonable time for investigation with the courier before the replacement or refund is issued, usually happens within 2-5 business days, but can take longer in rare cases.
What’s Not Covered?
We do not cover melted chocolate under shipping insurance.
- Courier providers do not guarantee protection against heat
- Melted items are not considered lost or damaged by couriers
We recommend choosing Express or Express (Insulated) shipping for the best protection.
