Standard Shipping is temporarily disabled due to hot weather. We currently offer Express Post and Express Post Insulated (Double Insulated Bubble Wrap around your chocolates) at checkout to reduce the chance of your item melting.

Please note that melted chocolate is NOT covered by Australia Post's returns policy.

For optimal freshness, store your Dubai Chocolate in a cool, dry place like a cupboard and enjoy within 3 weeks of purchase.

Melted and late

I bought this chocolate thinking it would be worth the money. How ever even after selecting express post, it took over a week to to be shipped and get to me and when it did, looked disgusting. Like a dog had been chewing on it.

Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your order.

I’d like to clarify a few details regarding your purchase. You selected Express Post, but not Express Post Insulated, which was available at checkout. The insulated option includes an insulated box with ice packs to help prevent melting, which is especially important during summer.

Additionally, as stated in the product description at the time of your purchase, due to high demand, our chocolates required up to 10 business days for production before being shipped. Your order was dispatched to the depot on Monday, and it arrived the next day. Unfortunately, due to the extreme summer heat, the chocolate likely melted in transit.

While we understand your frustration, please note that Australia Post does not cover melted items under their damage policy, which is why we strongly recommend the Express Post Insulated option. You opted to save $5 by choosing standard Express Post instead.
