If you’re ordering for Christmas, our final cut off is Wednesday 17 December at 10am Sydney time. Any orders placed after this time may not arrive in time for Christmas, even if Express Post is selected. Australia Post becomes extremely busy in December, and delivery timeframes can be unpredictable during the festive period. We strongly recommend placing your order before the cut off to reduce the risk of delays.
This cut off is also in place due to hot weather conditions. Our products are heat-sensitive and warmer temperatures can slow dispatch schedules to prevent parcels sitting in postal depots or delivery vehicles for extended periods. During hot weather, we may adjust production and dispatch times to help protect product quality while in transit.
All our Dubai chocolates and Loaded Peanut Butter dessert jars are made fresh, packed securely, and sent with care. Once your parcel leaves our kitchen, delivery times are handled by Australia Post and depend on their network and your delivery location. Express Post improves delivery speed but does not guarantee arrival by a specific date.
