Made fresh every week in Sydney using a thick Belgian milk chocolate shell, a genuinely rich pistachio cream filling and in-house roasted kataifi pastry this is what a real Dubai Chocolate bar should taste like. Why the 45% Pistachio Ratio Matters
Most pistachio Dubai Chocolate bars on the market pad their filling with cheap filler, leaving you with a faint pistachio hint rather than a real flavour. Our filling is made with real pistachio paste at a 45% ratio a genuinely high-ratio, pistachio-forward cream that tastes exactly as rich and nutty as it should.
That ratio is what separates our bar from the imitators. You'll notice the difference in the first bite.

Made Fresh Every Week in Sydney Never Stockpiled
Every bar is produced in small batches in our Sydney kitchen multiple times per week. We don't pre-make and warehouse stock. What you order was made within days of leaving our kitchen which is exactly why the kataifi stays crisp, the Belgian chocolate shell holds its snap and the pistachio filling tastes the way it's supposed to.
Each bar is hand-finished and packed with protective packaging for safe delivery across Australia Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, Canberra and everywhere in between. Orders to Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane typically arrive within 1 to 3 business days.

How to Store Your Bar
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. For best texture, keep below 20°C. Refrigeration isn't required but if your home is warm, 15 minutes in the fridge (not freezer) before eating will firm the chocolate shell back up for a cleaner snap. The cocoa butter in the Belgian chocolate is what gives it that characteristic texture, so temperature matters more than it does with standard chocolate.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we’re unable to accept change-of-mind returns once an order has been dispatched. Our items are freshly made using high-quality ingredients and have a short shelf life, which means returned food products cannot be resold.
