Free Regular shipping is available on orders over Australia-wide.
We offer Regular, Express, and Express Insulated shipping (with an ice pack and double insulated bubble wrap).
Please note:
- Melted chocolate is not covered by Australia Post’s returns or compensation policy. We strongly recommend selecting Express or Express Insulated at checkout to reduce the risk of melting.
- Once dispatched, delivery times vary depending on the shipping option selected.
Estimated delivery times (as a guide only):
- Regular: 1–6 business days
- Express: 1–3 business days

CHANGE OF MIND & RETURNS
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we’re unable to accept change-of-mind returns once an order has been dispatched. Our items are freshly made using high-quality ingredients and have a short shelf life, which means returned food products cannot be resold.
